- After you have watched the video on Education Nation school lunches, I want your group to look and think about Upper Merion school lunches and what kind of foods are on the menu. Your group then is going to pretend that you are an outside vendor trying to sell a lunch program to Upper Merion School District. Your task is to improve the nutritional quality and appeal of Upper Merion School lunches by including all the food groups and making sure that each meal has the 6 essential nutrients.
